Joi Internet: I founded an ISP at 21, built 50 PoPs, 250+ staff, and nationwide brand campaigns (2,000+ billboards, radio, TV). We captured significant market share by prioritizing customer needs and empowering employees—culminating in an acquisition by EarthLink.

JoiPhone → JoiBiz: A customer escalation became a product. I migrated the client to our cloud PBX overnight, then launched JoiBiz—an algorithm-based communications suite (PBX/CRM/Fax/SMS + APIs incl. Brightree), automating onboarding, billing, LNP, and E911. Recognized Product of the Year ×3, it drove 1,000%+ revenue growth.

Amazon: Post-2023 RIF, “remote IT” failed on the floor. I redesigned it around the customer: voice handsets + video terminals at IT stations across FCs, triage-first routing, and automation for handset provisioning & call flows. We scaled to 1,000+ FCs, flipped SLA to 99%, achieved +20% efficiency, and earned Amazon Partner of the Year (2024).

Gov/Ed: For Academica and a government agency, I delivered E-Rate ($3.5M), SD-WAN migrations (up to 80% telecom savings), algorithm-based cybersecurity (50% IT cost-down), and a ticket/workflow system with service dashboards and APIs into government systems.
